Welcome to my journal

Hi, come on in, welcome to "my journal" I will try and post here as often as I can, perhaps daily, if anyone is interested. This will be an outlet for my thoughts and ponderings of the day and will be a little different to my other blogs: no research, no images, just a running stream of my inner dialogue. So, here goes.

Today I went out for a date day lunch with Chris at a local New Plymouth cafe. I had a Tumeric & Cauliflower breakfast salad bowl which was delicious. Often when I go out, I will order something heavy like a toasted sandwich or pasta and regret it for the rest of the day, I need a nap and feel like crap, but today a salad bowl and fresh-squeezed Beetroot and ginger juice was just the ticket. In the past few years, I have taken a real liking to all things Beetroot, not sure if it's because I love purple so much that it is super appealing to me or the taste or the nutritional benefits. Who knows. Anyway, Beetroot is right up there with my faves.
